FINE REPAIR AND LEVELING MORTAR

FINE REPAIR AND LEVELING MORTAR

DEFINITION
It is a cement-based, high-strength, non-shrinking, self-compacting ready-to-use casting mortar.
AREAS OF USE
It is used indoors and outdoors in machine and crane bases, fixing of steel columns to the foundation, rail beds, curtain and column heads, column assembly and fixing of prefabricated structures and concrete repairs.
ADVANTAGES
It is easy to prepare. It has high compression and adhesion strength. It fills the volume by hardening without shrinking. It is waterproof.: After it is set, it is resistant to frost, and extreme water and weather conditions. It can be applied up to a thickness of 10-40 mm.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Application surface should be clean and free of loosen surfaces and dust, which prevent adhesion. Before application, the broken parts of old concrete surfaces should be cut vertically, the surfaces should be roughened and moistened. Water accumulation should not be allowed. Reinforcement pastes should be removed. Molds must be well fixed and sealed.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
25 kg of BEYFIX GROUT is slightly poured into 4-4,5 l of water at ambient temperature between + 5 °C and +35°C by a mixer with low revolution (400-600 rpm) by 3-4 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Water should not be added to the hardening mortar. The prepared mortar should be poured into the application area without waiting. Casting should be continuous and should be made from one side to prevent air bubbles. During the casting of the bottom of foundation plates, sufficient pressure should be provided to ensure fluidity of mortar, and attention should be paid to the filling between plate and foundation completely
PACKAGE
It is 25 kg craft bag. (PE reinforced)
64 bags of shilling in one pallet (106 x 106 cm)
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Maximum 2 palettes could be superimposed in closed original packaging and under cool and dry ambient. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions after manufacturing date.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Gloves should be used during application. Areas contacted to product should be washed with plenty of water. If swallowed, call for a physician, immediately.
QUALITY STANDARD
It complies with TS EN 1504-3 April 2008. R2 - Non-structural repair mortar class.

It complies with CE Communique..
