DEFINITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is cement-based coarse repair mortar.<\/p>\n

AREAS OF USE<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is used as a repair mortar in the repair and plastering of interior and exterior surfaces such as exposed concrete and prefabricated concrete, to provide smooth surface before finishing or waterproofing such as ceramic works.<\/p>\n

ADVANTAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n

It creates a smooth and solid surface. After it is set, it is resistant to frost, and extreme water and weather conditions. It can be applied up to a thickness of 5-30 mm.<\/p>\n

SURFACE PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Application surface should be clean and free of loosen surfaces and dust, which prevent adhesion. Before application, the broken parts of old concrete surfaces should be cut vertically, the surfaces should be roughened and moistened. Water accumulation should not be allowed. Reinforcement pastes should be removed. Molds must be well fixed and sealed.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE<\/strong><\/p>\n

25 kg of BEYFIX COARSE REPAIR MORTAR is slightly poured into 5-5,5 l of water at ambient temperature between + 5 \u00b0C and +35\u00b0C and mixed by a mixer with low revolution (400-600 rpm) to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mortar is left to mature by 5-10 minutes, after which it is further mixed by 1-2 minutes before starting application. Prepared mortar should be filled into application area by applying pressure with a steel trowel and should be applied to entire surface in equal thickness, not exceeding 30mm. Mortar should be consumed within 45 minutes. Surface should be smoothed with a damp sponge and moistened at intervals for 24 hours after the application. Expired and sloughed mortars should not be used.<\/p>\n

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maximum 2 palettes could be superimposed in closed original packaging and under cool and dry ambient. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions after manufacturing date.<\/p>\n

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gloves should be used during application. Areas contacted to product should be washed with plenty of water. If swallowed, call for medical, immediately.<\/p>\n
