DEFINITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cement-based, ready-to-use, fast-setting water plug applied both in powder form and by mixing with water.<\/p>\n

AREAS OF USE<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is used to quickly stop leaks or pressurized water coming from holes and cracks in cement-based surfaces and exposed concretes, foundations, basements, elevator shafts, water tanks, pools and concrete pipes before insulation.<\/p>\n

ADVANTAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easy to apply. Its adhesion strength is high. It is a plug that takes instant setting without shrinkage. Its compressive strength is high. All kinds of waterproofing materials can be applied on it. It is resistant to corrosive water, sulphated water and sea water.<\/p>\n

SURFACE PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Application surface should be clean and free of loosen surfaces and dust, which prevent adhesion. Cracks and gaps should be scraped up to 2 cm width and depth and cleaned from loose parts. In holes with a large diameter, the circumference of the hole is covered first and the hole size is reduced.<\/p>\n

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 kg. BEYFIX FAST SETTING WATER PLUG MORTAR is mixed with 0.25 l of water in a clean container and kneaded quickly by hand to dough consistency. Rubber gloves should be worn before starting the application. The dough-like mortar should be applied to the area of water leakage by hand with pressure, and should be waited for at least 2 minutes. Then the surface is leveled with a trowel and prepared for insulation.<\/p>\n

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maximum 4 buckets could be superimposed in closed original packaging and under cool and dry ambient. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions after manufacturing date.<\/p>\n

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gloves should be used during application. Areas contacted to product should be washed with plenty of water. If swallowed, call for medical, immediately.<\/p>\n
