DEFINITION<\/strong>
\nCement-based, self-spreading leveling screed
\nAREAS OF USE<\/strong>
\nLeveling screed before finishing layer coating onto concrete floor and cement-based alum on ground of indoor spaces (beneath ceramic, marble, natural stone, parquet, carpet, and PVC coating).
\nADVANTAGES<\/strong>
\nIt is easy to prepare and apply. It is a self leveling product and measurable. It can be pumped.
\nSURFACE PREPARATION<\/strong>
\nApplication surface should be clean and free of loosen surfaces and dust, which prevent adhesion. Corrupt surfaces, cracks, and fractures should be repaired prior to application. Grounds with cement should be wet before application, after which they are primed by means of BEYFIX LATEX MULTI-PURPOSE PRIMING in order to increase use life and adherence and decrease air bubbles of material.
\nINSTRUCTIONS OF USE<\/strong>
\n25 kg of BEYFIX SELF-LEVELING SCREED is slightly poured into 7-7,5 l of water at ambient temperature between + 5 \u00b0C and +35\u00b0C and mixed by a mixer with low revolution (400-600 rpm) to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mortar prepared is left to mature by 5-10 minutes, after which it is further mixed by 1-2 minutes before starting application. Material is leveled onto surface by means of toothed trowel or rubber mop in 20 minutes. Continuous application is required to obtain a smooth and solid surface coating. Depending on the size of the application area, more than one mixture should be prepared and surface integrity should be ensured by pouring it on the application floor consecutively. No water should be added during setting time and air bubbles on the surface should be taken by means of spiked roller. BEYFIX SELF-LEVELING SCREED should be protected against fast air loss, depending on weather conditions. At least 3 days should be waited prior to moisture-sensitive coating (PVC ground coating, linoleum, parquet, carpet, etc) after application.

\nSTORAGE AND SHELF LIFE<\/strong>
\nMaximum 2 palettes could be superimposed in closed original packaging and under cool and dry ambient. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions after manufacturing date.
\nSAFETY PRECAUTIONS<\/strong>
\nGloves should be used during application. Areas contacted to product should be washed with plenty of water. If swallowed, call for a physician, immediately.
